The ./studio3, a unit of the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Innsbruck, researches and teaches at the interface of experimental architecture, contemporary art and culture, investigating both the correlation between architectural design and the artistic creative process and their significance for real and virtual space.
In interaction with art, culture, media and technology, a transdisciplinary approach is pursued that understands design as an experimental epistemic practice, as a process that both scientifically explores and artistically discovers architecture in order to creatively meet the complex challenges of our time.
